We’re excited to celebrate with you
at Northshore Gymnastics Center!
PARTY INFORMATION
Party Times:
Saturdays: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Sundays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Party Setup Times:
Saturdays: 2:15pm
Sundays: 12:45pm
*Parents or guardians of the birthday child may enter the facility 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up the party area. Please contact NGC directly if you think you may need more time office@northshoregymnastics.com.
Waiver and Policy Form:
A Waiver and Policy Form will be available at the front desk for all families to complete upon arrival. Every participating child must have a parent or guardian’s signature before entering the gym.
What NGC Provides:
NGC supplies the following essentials:
Tables
Chairs
Garbage cans and liners
Garbage and recycling disposal
Party hosts are welcome to bring additional items, including:
Food and drinks
Decorations
Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils
Tablecloths
Party favors
Themed items
Party Begins!
Saturday Parties: 2:30 PM
Sunday Parties: 1:00 PM
Children will enter the gym for introductions and a brief review of the gym’s safety rules.
Gym Activity Time:
Saturday Parties: 2:40–3:25 PM
Sunday Parties: 1:10–1:55 PM
Children will enjoy obstacle courses, trampolines, and other exciting gym activities!
Parent Viewing and Participation Guidelines:
Parents and guardians are asked to remain upstairs in the viewing and party area during gym activities.
If a child is three years old or younger, one parent or guardian may accompany them into the gym to assist and supervise.
For everyone’s safety, adults must remain off all gymnastics equipment.
Group Photo:
Saturday Parties: 3:25 PM
Sunday Parties: 1:55 PM
We’ll gather everyone on the Team Floor under the NGC banner for a group picture. Parents and guardians are welcome to join the photo or take pictures.
Hand-Washing:
Saturday Parties: 3:30 PM
Sunday Parties: 2:00 PM
All children will wash their hands before heading upstairs to the party area.
Party Room Celebration:
Saturday Parties: 3:35–4:20 PM
Sunday Parties: 2:05–2:50 PM
It’s time for food, cake, presents, and celebration! Families are welcome to take photos and enjoy the space together.
Wrap-Up and Departure:
Saturday Parties: 4:20–4:30 PM
Sunday Parties: 2:50–3:00 PM
NGC staff will help gather belongings and guide children back to the lobby for pickup. All guests and belongings must leave the facility promptly by the scheduled end time.
REMINDERS
Billing Reminder:
Remaining balances will be automatically processed on the Monday following your party. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Party hosts who remain beyond their reserved party time will be charged a late fee of $200.00.
Party Host Reminder: No Helium Balloons
We love balloons and the fun they bring to a celebration; however, helium-filled balloons are not allowed inside the facility.
If a helium balloon is released and becomes stuck near the ceiling or ceiling fans, retrieving it may require:
Rental, delivery, and return of a Genie Lift
Moving gym equipment to safely access the area
Staff time and hourly wages

How Do I Book My Party:

Pricing:
Base Rate:
1-10 Students: $500
11-20 Students: $700
21-30 Students: $900
If you would like to add our Inflatable Obstacle Course, there would be an additional $150 Fee.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required upon reserving your weekend, with the remaining amount due 2 weeks before event date.
