Refund & Credit Policy
We DO NOT offer refunds.
If you notify us after auto-enrollment has been charged, we will issue a 50% credit to your account for future use.
If you notify us after the first day of the session, no credit will be issued as your spot has already been reserved.
Gym closures due to inclement weather will result in a non-expiring gym token for a future class.
All credits on account will expire one year from the date they are issued if unused.
Camp Cancellation Policy
To cancel a camp registration, you must notify us in writing via email at office@northshoregymnastics.com at least 7 days prior to the camp start date. We will credit your account for the full amount, which you may use toward a future class, session, or camp.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp will not be refunded or credited, as staff and materials have already been scheduled for your child’s attendance.
Camp closures due to inclement weather will result in a credit to your account.
Make Up Policy
Make-Up Token Policy – Recreational Classes
At NGC, we understand that life happens—illness, schedule conflicts, or other obligations may occasionally prevent your child from attending class. To help accommodate, we offer one (1) Make-Up Token per session, based on availability.
How It Works:
A Make-Up Token is automatically issued when a class is missed.
Tokens are valid for 45 days from the date of issue. After that, they expire and cannot be used.
Make-Up Tokens can be used to schedule a class of the same or similar type, space permitting.
How to Use Your Token:
Option 1: Log in to the Parent Portal and click on the "My Account" tab to request a Make-Up Class.
Option 2: Alternatively, you may email the front office and we will assist in scheduling your make-up.
When you request to be added to a class, you MUST request 24 hours in advance of the class so we are able to accommodate scheduling.
Make-Up Classes may only be scheduled within 7 days of the desired class due to limited space.
Once a Make-Up Class is scheduled and the class time has passed, the token is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
Important Notes:
Make-Up Tokens cannot be used for:
Pre-Team
Xcel
Developmental Levels
Previously scheduled Make-Up Classes
No credits, refunds, or prorates will be issued for missed classes or expired Make-Up Tokens. No exceptions.
Bonus!!
Make-Up Tokens may also be used for Open Gym sessions.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the front office. We’re happy to help!
